Our Submarine Adventure!

We have been having so much fun with Katie here! Today we went on a Submarine ride. It was a lot of fun. The shuttle boat out to the sub made Kate feel a little woozy, but despite the picture, nobody got sick! :)
We saw sharks right away, which the kids thought was "awesome"! We also saw turtles and lots of fish.
We've been to the beach a couple of times but I forgot my camera. :( Tomorrow's plans include the swap meet, and then to the beach again Thursday and Friday.

Way to Go, Mason!

Today was a celebration day in our household! Mason finally got the training wheels off his bike and has pretty much mastered riding a 2-wheeler. He has been reluctant to try it without the training wheels before (wonder where he gets that from!? No comments, Dad!), but today when Bob took them off he just took off and was going on his own in no time! He is so proud and excited!

Other than than it has been life as usual for us this week. We did go to the beach on Friday and Hawaiian Water Park Saturday. I was a neglectful mom at the beach and Kenzie has a nice, red sunburn on her back. :( It bothered her Saturday, but she seems to be doing OK today and hasn't complained about it.

Anyway,Have a great week, everyone!

Our own Baby Maggie!

Yes, we are still alive and well here. I've been so busy re-organizing and de-cluttering room by room that I haven't taken time to post any pictures. Not to mention that we forgot to take our camera on the 4th when we went to Pearl Harbor to watch fireworks. :(
Anyway, we stopped by the Bx yesterday and Kenzie saw this Baby Maggie doll. Needless to say she talked us into it. She has been having so much fun taking care of her new baby and loves that her name is the same as her brand new baby cousin! This is also our first doll that wets. (Boy is that fun! At least it's just water!)
We started swimming lessons this week. We go every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for the rest of July. The kids were very excited to get back to their lessons.
Anyway, I'll try and keep you more updated. Katie comes next week so I'll be sure to post some of our adventures! (Katie, we can't wait!!)
