We're Back!

Yes, we are back from our wonderful vacation that went by way too fast!! All four of us went for the first 1/2 and then Bob came back home early while the kids and I stayed an extra week and a half. We had so much fun shopping and eating out but the best by far was seeing family that we hadn't seen in over a year. The kids were able to see their 3 great-grandmas whom they haven't seen in 2 1/2 years. They met new cousins and got re-acquainted with the rest. I took enough pictures to keep the blog going for a very long time but I didn't want to post them all at once. :) Here are a few of the highlights:
1. Mackenzie couldn't stop talking about riding horses. She loved it!
2. My cousin Cameron graduated from Mason City, IA and we were able to attend his party and wish him farwell as he joins the Air Force. (Go Air Force!!) We couldn't leave Mason City until we had a picture of our Mason in front of the sign. Poor kid it was probably less than 60 degrees that day (It actually got as low as 49 degrees!! Way too cold for us!) but we got the picture!
3. The third picture was at the Children's Museum in Omaha. They had a dinosaur exhibit which was perfect for our little palentologist. He loved it!
4. The last picture was taken at Bob's brother's house in Bellevue. They have a pond in their backyard that Mason was "fishing" in. I think Mackenzie and her cousin Michaela were throwing rocks in the pond. Shhh, don't tell Bill and Tina! :)
Anyway, like I said we had a great time and I'm sure I'll be posting many more vacation pictures. Stay tuned!!

We're glad you made it home safely but we were sad to say goodbye. It's amazing how fast the time goes by!

What a great time! We enjoyed every minute of it. This week has been a bit long without you here, but we're adjusting back to just Dad & I here most of the time. As I find little things around the house, like toys etc., the moments come back and I just have to smile! We are truly blessed!

Our house is way to quiet!! Although my body is resting from all the jumping on the trampoline. Sure enjoyed the time, but it sure flew by. Amy, Andy's fellowship group found some of your clothing hanging on the back of a chair on the screened in porch!! Just Kidding.
