Stanley Water torture!

Yep, that's what you get when you play in the mud! Don't worry, those are laughs not shrieks of terror. Mason and his friend Ricky got bored with running in the sprinkler and played in the mud today. Obviously they were not coming in the house covered in mud. (Especially since I mopped today!)
These two have so much fun together. Unfortunately Ricky moves in just a couple of months. I don't know what we're going to do without him.

MUD! A mother's worst nightmare! :) What a cute pair they are... poor Mason will be lost when Ricky leaves. :(

Emma has been asking to play in the mud lately. We are supposed to get 3 or more inches of rain this weekend, so maybe she can try it out too. I told her that there would be worms in the mud (hoping that she would change her mind) and of course she said that's ok if I step on them, it won't hurt em cause they don't have skin. Anyway, I'm sure she will find some mud next week when the rain stops.
